Poke Root Castor Oil

Poke root castor oil is an infused herbal oil made by soaking the root of Poke Root in Castor Oil. It is intended for external use only because poke root contains toxic compounds and should not be ingested.

Appearance

A poke root-infused castor oil is typically golden yellow to amber, sometimes with a slightly darker brown tint depending on the concentration and infusion time. It has the thick consistency characteristic of castor oil.

How To Use:

* Massage a small amount onto the affected area 1–2 times daily.
* For a castor oil pack, apply the oil, cover with a cotton or flannel cloth, and place a warm compress over it for 20–30 minutes.

Note: It is more effective and give faster results after taken a shower with hot water.
Also for menstrual cramps, fibroids treatment and other womb/tummy healing journey, it is advisable to use your heating pad water bag and place it on your lower affected abdomen after applying the poke root castor oil.
