Description
The Volufiline™ is the sarsasapogenin extracted from the roots of the Asian botany Anemarrhena asphodeloides, in an oil-soluble excipient. It promotes body volume with a cosmetic effect similar to lipofilling.
It stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of adipocytes and promotes the accumulation of lipids leading to an increase in the volume of adipocytes in adipose tissue. The particularity of the substance is that it has no hormonal effects.
Volufiline is a plant-based ingredient that is used in some butt enhancement creams to stimulate the growth of fat cells in the areas it is applied.
What’s great about this product is that it’s non-hormonal (meaning it won’t mess with your body’s natural hormone cycles), topical, and natural. Volufiline itself is a trademarked compound made by a company called Sederma ,Its contains the plant extract sarsasapogenin, from a Chinese herb known as Zhi Mu (The actual name of this plant is Anemarrhena asphodeloides). This extract has been shown to actually stimulate the growth of adipocytes (fat cells). As well as sarsasapogenin, Volufiline combines this active ingredient with a hydrogenated oil, called hydrogenated polyisobutene, which acts with this sarsasapogenin to increase the amount of fat stored.
In cosmetics the Volufiline™ is used in body care emulsions for breasts, buttocks, hands or cheeks because it stimulates the natural lipid formation process promising a gradual increase in the affected area.
Benefits of Volufiline oil:
Volufiline is derived from a combination of plant extracts, and it works to stimulate the development of fatty tissues. When applied directly to the body, volufiline works to increase fat in the area that it is applied. This provides permanent results rather than temporary swelling. In cosmetics, it is often used in body enhancement (breast, hip, butts and thighs) oils and creams, body plumping and anti-wrinkle creams and oils.
