Description
Black Palm Kernel Oil
Description
Black Palm Kernel Oil is a natural oil extracted from the roasted kernels (seeds) of the oil palm fruit (Elaeis guineensis). It is traditionally produced in many parts of West Africa, where the kernels are roasted before pressing, giving the oil its characteristic dark brown to black color, smoky aroma, and rich flavor. Unlike refined palm kernel oil, the black variant is less processed and retains more of its traditional properties.
