Description

Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, commonly known as MSM, is a naturally occurring sulfur compound found in plants, animals, and humans. In skincare and haircare, MSM is highly regarded for its anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and collagen-boosting effects. It helps improve skin texture, soothe irritation, and support healthy hair and nail growth. MSM enhances the permeability of skin cells, allowing for better absorption of nutrients and actives.

Mixing method: Add to the water phase of your formula. Can be added during heating phase (temperature stable up to 80°C).

Melting temperature: Approx. 108–110°C

Applications: Anti-aging serums, acne treatments, moisturizers, hair growth tonics, soothing gels, joint & muscle relief creams, scar fading products.

Precautions:
For external use only. Though generally well tolerated, perform a patch test in leave-on products. Avoid inhalation of powder during formulation.
