Mango butter is a naturally occurring butter and is the soft fat extracted from the fruit seed. Mango butter has a luxurious emollient feel and is an ideal ingredient to use in skin care and suntan preparation and as a superfatting agent in soap.

It has a fast absorption rate with a dry, non-greasy finish, making it an excellent addition to any 100% oil based balms where a dry finish is desired.

Skin type recommended: Most skin types, particularly dry skin.

Aromatic description: it’s has a faint smell which is almost easy to miss.

Common uses: our natural unrefined mango butter is rich in antioxidants and emollients as well as Vitamins A and E, and it can be used to soften and moisturize rough and dry skin. Its natural properties are useful for reducing the appearance of fine lines. Mango Butter is ideal in formulations for lotions, body butters, balms, soaps, shaving creams, hair care products and lip balms.

Recommended storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat sources. Body butters are ideally stored in a refrigerator to maintain its texture. Its will become soft in warmer temperature.
