Description
Clary Sage essential oil is steam-distilled from the flowering tops and leaves of Salvia sclarea, a perennial herb native to the Mediterranean region. It has a sweet, herbaceous, earthy, and slightly floral aroma that is deeply soothing and balancing.
Historically known as “clear eye” because it was used in folk remedies for eye health, clary sage has long been treasured for its calming, hormone-balancing, and restorative effects. Today, it is widely used in aromatherapy, skincare, perfumery, and women’s wellness blends.
