Carotenoids have been found to enhance the body’s ability to protect the skin from UVR damage. Carotenes are strong free radical blockers, so this is an ideal oil to add to anti-ageing preparations. It is said to be a great cellular revitalising oil and a natural antioxidant, making it a favourite oil for healthy skin.
