Description
Beetroot Extract Powder
Beetroot extract powder is a concentrated, dried form of beetroot (Beta vulgaris), made by juicing or extracting fresh beets and then drying the extract into a fine powder. It retains many of the root’s nutrients, color, and antioxidant compounds. It differs from standard beetroot powder (which is simply ground dried beetroot) in that it is processed specifically to concentrate certain actives like betalains, nitrates, polyphenols, and minerals. The resulting powder may vary in color depending on processing but typically ranges from grey to brown.
